Job Description

    Position: Regional Sales Manager/ Sr Regional Sales ManagerExperience: (8-20 yrs exp) , min 8 years experience in FMCG salesJob Locations:Punjab:Amritsar, Patiala, ChandigarhHaryana:Ambala, Panipat, Rohtak, SirsaRajasthan:Territories excluding JaipurUttar Pradesh:Lucknow, Agra, Muzaffarpur, KanpurUttarakhand:Roorkee, DehradunBihar & JharkhandEligibility Criteria:
    • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management roles.
    • Strong understanding of sales planning, execution, and market dynamics.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional business objectives and revenue targets.
    • Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor sales teams to ensure optimum performance and target achievement.
    • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, channel partners, and stakeholders.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while strengthening existing business relationships.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support strategic decision-making.
    • Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure effective execution of company policies, sales initiatives, and promotional activities within the assigned region.
