Job Description

    We are Hiring Regional Sales Manager - Live Bird Sales for Lucknow(UP, Punjab & Bihar) location.Furnishing the Job Description,Job Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for analysing new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of zonal business accounts to identify and attract potential customers by providing timely information and services.
    • Responsible for the devising Zonal LB sales budget and ensuring that the corporate sales objectives are met by implementing corporate sales strategies.
    • Develop all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales function operates efficiently and effectively to achieve all sales objectives.
    • Monitor the performance of the sales function by maintaining all required records of sales and other relevant information to ensure that sales targets are met and take remedial action when necessary
    • Evaluate the lifting efficiency, branch profitability, price gap analysis, customer sales trend, mean age and credit control metrices by conducting team reviews to deliver the business profitability.
    • Integrate market Intelligence on various parameters and make meaningful inferences from the data gathered to enable an effective sales forecast.
    • Implement systems and processes to enable effective monitoring of the companys sales performance as well as competitors for improving the product quality and service delivery.
    • Assist in the development of sales and marketing literature and associated documents to improve the marketing of the company and its products.
    • Advocate the commercial policy on LB order to cash policy with zonal sales teams to carry out business transactions within the framework.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure the maximum sales potential is realized and the company remains the preferred supplier.
    • Ensure continuous benchmark of industry practices in relevant fields and provide recommendations.
    • Champion and articulate innovations and improvements pertaining to systems and processes related to the respective domain.
    • Enable team members to perform better by providing timely feedback, conducting structured performance development reviews and setting clear KRAs and providing inputs for development.
    Desired candidates profile:
    • Minimum 10 years of Sales/Marketing experience in any industry.
    • Ability to guide and direct the team
    • Strong interpersonal skills for better working with internal & external stakeholders.
    • High on integrity
    • Good communication skills (verbal & written), analytical and effective networking skills, leadership skills and team player.
    • Process expertise Sales, Planning, Negotiations, Market Intelligence.
    • Responsible for motivating and developing team members to effectively deliver their responsibilities.
