Relationship Manager Mid Market (working capital)Job SummaryThe Relationship Manager Mid Market is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with mid-sized corporate clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs, offering appropriate financial solutions, and achieving business and revenue targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new mid-market clients and build long-term relationshipsManage an assigned portfolio of mid-market corporate customersUnderstand clients business needs and offer suitable banking/financial productsDrive revenue through loans, trade finance, cash management, and other servicesEnsure timely credit appraisal, documentation, and disbursementMonitor portfolio quality and manage credit riskCoordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, product teams)Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelinesAchieve assigned sales and growth targetsEligibility / QualificationsBachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related fieldMBA/PGDM (Finance or Marketing) preferred26 years of experience in corporate or mid-market banking/financial servicesStrong knowledge of credit products and financial analysis
