Job Description

    PurposeTo conduct systematic research, collect and analyze data, contribute to scientific and academic knowledge, prepare research reports and publications, and support the achievement of organizational and research objectives. ScopeThe scope of a Research Scholar is to conduct systematic research, generate new knowledge, support academic and organizational research projects, publish findings, and contribute to innovation and evidence-based decision-making.Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct literature reviews and identify research gaps.
    • Design and execute research studies, experiments, surveys, and fieldwork.
    • Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
    • Maintain accurate research records and documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with research ethics and institutional guidelines.
    • Analyze research findings using appropriate statistical and analytical tools.
    • Interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
    • Prepare research reports, technical papers, and presentations.
    • Present research findings at conferences, seminars, and meetings.
    • Draft manuscripts for publication in journals and conferences.
    • Assist in patent filing, research proposals, and grant applications.
    • Maintain research databases and documentation systems.

    Qualifications & Experience
    • Masters Degree (Mandatory) in the relevant discipline.
    • Ph.D. Pursuing / Ph.D. Degree (Preferred, depending on project requirements).
    • Strong academic background with research experience.
    • 05 years of research experience in academia, industry, or research institutions.
    • Experience in data collection, analysis, and report writing preferred.
    • Publication record in peer-reviewed journals is an added advantage.
