Responsibilities:Design and manage competitive compensation structures, ensuring fairness and regulatory compliance.Lead salary review processes and control of labor costs in coordination with Finance.Manage HR systems, data governance, and reports for decision-making.Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and legal compliance.Support international mobility processes and the global/local people management strategy.Promote the well-being agenda in collaboration with key areas and the HR team.Contribute to the optimization of organizational structures and allocation of resources according to business needs.
