The role involves engaging with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable clothing and lifestyle products. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, processing sales, maintaining store displays, and supporting promotional activities and campaigns. The position also involves coordinating with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, collecting customer feedback, and participating in basic training sessions to stay updated on product lines and brand guidelines. The Sales and Marketing Staff member is expected to contribute to meeting sales targets and enhancing the overall customer experience.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to promote products, support campaigns, and help achieve sales targets.Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and apply new product and sales knowledge.Basic understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising is beneficial.Prior experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail is an advantage but not mandatory.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or retail management is a plus.
