Job Description

    PurposeThe purpose of a Sales Coordinator is to provide administrative and operational support to the salesteam, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities and efficient customer service. The role acts as a linkbetween customers, sales representatives, logistics, finance, and management to facilitate orderprocessing, maintain sales records, track customer requirements, and support revenue generation.ScopeThe Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative,operational, and customer-related activities to ensure smooth sales processes and efficient orderfulfillment. The role acts as a link between customers, sales representatives, logistics, finance, andmanagement, ensuring timely processing of inquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission of quotations, proposals, and tenderdocuments. Track sales inquiries and maintain an updated sales pipeline database. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending requirements. Assist sales managers in achieving sales targets through efficient coordination and support. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order status updates. Maintain strong relationships with private hospitals, healthcare facilities, distributors, and channelpartners. Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with relevant internal departments. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries. MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.25 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Sales Operations. Experience in healthcare, medical devices, infection control products, pharmaceuticals, or hospital suppliespreferred. Experience handling private healthcare customers and distributors is desirable.
