Job Description

Bidding for the HVAC Trunkey Tenders. Sending inquiries for HVAC equipments to the respective manufacturers (i.e.) Equipment like Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pumps, AHUs, Fans, etc. Coordinate and follow ups with the manufacturers for quotations and quoting to client with Supply, Installation & Commissioning of all HVAC Equipments. Rising the technical queries to the Client/Consultant/PMC and proposing with the better efficient system and manufacturers to the client based on the price and performance. Attending the Technical/Commercial meetings with the Client/Consultant/PMC towards finalization of Order and providing technically/commercially in-line Bid for HVAC Package. Conducting an internal kick of meeting with the Project Execution Team to start up the Project. Coordinating with Client and our inhouse Project Execution team to complete the project Successfully. Approaching with the clients for new Tender, also maintaining a good term with the existing clients.
