Ltd.SalesLucknow (Global Shifts)Oratrics-ThePersonality SchoolAs a Sales Executive, you will be a key point of contact for parents and learners globally.You will guide families in selecting the right programs, drive enrollments, and ensure aseamless, positive experience for all prospective learners.Connect with leads via inbound/outbound calls and offer expert program consultations. Schedule at least 6 demo class bookings daily, aligned with lead preferences. Guide and nurture leads throughout the enrollment process, ensuring smoothcommunication and follow-up. Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Share market insights and trends to refine sales and outreach strategies.Note: Saturday and Sunday working, 6 days a week; 10-hour shifts.Build strong, long-term relationships with families, representing Oratrics withprofessionalism and excellence.
