SR. HEALTH&SAFETY OFFICERRoles and Responsibilities:Ensure implementation of companys employee health safety requirements throughout DRC, in all places that the company is undertaking activities Advise company and project management on all aspects of health, safety and environmental issues Threat, Risk analysis & Trend analysis review Advise the senior management of all serious accidents and incidents Compile accident and incident reports Compile and regularly update safety procedures, manuals, guidance notes Ensure all legally required notices and signs are displayed in construction sites Liaise with government environment agency or other government appointed body Conduct site safety and environmental audits Conducting training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on environmental, health and safety practices and legislation. Co-ordinating emergency procedures, fire drills and first aid crews.- Maintaining Material Safety Data Sheet databases for all materials on site Education and experience 4 years Bachelors degree and certified course in Health & Safety Minimum 10 year experience as Health & Safety Office in construction site.
