    • Candidate should be handling a bigger territory (at least one third of UP)
    • Candidate should be from a consumer durable company
    • Candidate should be a frontline sales person and should not have team under him
    • Retail Sales and Sales skills
    • Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well within a team and independently
    • Experience in the cutlery or related industry is preferred but not required
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
