Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionals, introducing them to CPAs courses and offerings.
    • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and inquiries.
    • Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to potential candidates.
    • Handle student queries and provide guidance on course selection and enrollment.
    • Maintain and update the student database, ensuring accurate records of interactions.
    • Meet weekly and monthly targets for enrollments and conversions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to improve lead conversion strategies.
    • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with students.
