Job Description

- Maintaining the accounts of Import Export sales including Merchant trade entries.
- Provide all the information regarding Merchant trade to M.D. And assist them.
- All accounting entries including purchase-sale bills in Tally and Oracle software.
- Preparing month wise bank reconcillation (/$).
- Deposit month wise Tds as on dated after preparing the summary.
- Knowledge of GST.
- Preparing E-WAY bill.
- Preparing details of unsecured and secured loan given and taken.
- Checking the salaries of all employees.
- Preparing salaries of contractual employees.
- Preparing set of four of merchant trade.
- Balance between payments and creditors.
- Issue cheques to creditors.
- Maintianing cash ledger.
- 1. Entry of bank payment/Receipt vouchers
  2. TOD adjustments
  3. Vendor/ Customers/Bank reconciliation
  4. GST Reconciliations
  5. Liaison with Govt. Deptt.
  6. Customers account Adjustments.
  7. C forms & Outstanding reminders
  8. Issuance of TDS & Others- Dr/Cr-Notes
