Job Description

    Primary Tasks & Activities:1. Customer / Order AcquisitionSeeking new customers from external sources including references from existing customers. Following up on leads received from Sales Manager & other internal sources. Building an order pipeline to meet/exceed planned revenue targets. Acquiring orders from customers & communicating the same to CRM for timely fulfillment. Co-ordinating New Projects: o Obtaining complete information about the Clients requirements and communicating the same to R & DExecutive. o Co-ordinating with the R & D Executive, Sales Manager and. Customer to ensure trials are done on schedule. o Working with Clients & R & D Executive to promptly resolve issues and obtain Customer approval.2. Order FulfilmentFollowing up with CRM team for order fulfillment. Monitoring the order fulfilment process to ensure timely delivery & invoicing.3. Receivable ManagementCo-ordinating delivery of invoice to Customers.4. Customer EngagementConducting Daily Sales Visits / Calls to maintain constant contact with Customers and understand their requirements, expectations & concerns.Reporting Customer feedback to Manager Sales and following through to ensure timely resolution of queries, issues& concerns.5. Other tasksTimely Reporting of Sales / Revenue Data submitting the Daily Sales Report in a timely manner. Updating Sales Presentations to ensure that accurate & latest information used is communicated to clients.Qualifications & Experience:B. Sc. Chemistry. Preference will be given to B Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or M Sc Chemistry. 0-6 years of Sales experience in the Chemical industry. Experience of Speciality Chemicals sales will be an advantage.Skills & Knowledge:Functional SkillsMust be proficient in Corporates Sales (B2B Sales). Must be well versed with the assigned Products. Must be well versed with Industry Trends Chemical/Paints / Speciality chemicals.Computer SkillsMust be proficient in using eMail (Office or Gmail).
