Job Description

    We are looking for dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Site Engineer for our premium projects in real estate for Ludhiana Location.Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
    • Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams with effective coordination and problem-solving.
    • Oversee resource allocation, material management, and cost control to optimize efficiency.
    • Conduct regular inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
    • Prepare detailed progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
    • Mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
    Requirements
    • Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
    • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in site supervision and execution of real estate or large-scale construction projects.
    • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulatory standards.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to handle complex projects independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
