JOB SUMMARY Responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating top financial advisors and financial distributors in the rivalry to increase salesincome for the Agency Channel. The Agency Channels Elite Vertical is a special vertical that concentrates on hiring and development of dependable, high-achieving financial distributors and advisorsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Determine which of the competitors top financial, general insurance, and health insurance distributors are in the designated territory.
• Introduce the Max-Life Agency Career Opportunity in meetings, presentations, and career seminars.
• Recognize the benefits offered by Top Advisors and Business Associates, as well as the onboarding procedure and associated rules.
• Recruiting and Orienting Senior Consultants and Business Partners following
Career seminars and Presentation and meet the defined Recruitment plan
• Drive sales from the team of Top Advisors / Business Associates and Financial
distributors to meet the defined sales plans.
• Maintainsalesqualitybyadheringtothechannelspersistentcriteria.
• AdherencetotheintendedinputhabitstoboostSalesandRecruitment
• Trainanddevelopadvisorsonaperiodicbasisforthelaunchofnewproductsandannouncinganymodificationstothecompanyspoliciesorprocedures.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Graduate with 5 years of experience, at least 3 years experience in insurance sector
• Proven record of leading Front-Line Sales in Financial Services, preferably in Insurance
• Should have similar market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations
• Familiarity with skills in recruitment, driving sales and activation
