Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager - Project Sales (Building Material) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project sales, particularly in tiles, laminate flooring, and wall panels. You will be responsible for managing sales activities across key locations including Delhi, Noida, and Ludhiana.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building materials sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects to drive project sales.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
    QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • Experience: 4 to 9 years of experience in area sales, specifically in project sales within the building materials industry.
    • Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies, with a strong understanding of tiles, laminate flooring, and wall panels.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
    • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
    • Education: A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 7,00,000.
