Ability to manage a profit Center, Optimize revenue, sales & marketing orientation, asset utilization, good in administration, & delivery management Liaising with the local Bodies, Associates, Key Brand visibility, Location owners, Institute Heads, NGO and the community to maintain positive energies. Create methodologies & metric based on business requirements, dynamics reengineering, and review implimentation & take corrective action Slippage & leakage control in education delivery; deliver good quality education in the centre and ensure students placements and create customer delight HO level funcational followups, coordiantion, closure of operating issues to run smooth centre operations Responsible for Team Trainiing, Development, Engagement & Growth, Control attrition in the team. Able to track competition/market, analysis & feedback to HO for new products,
