Job Description

Required Customer relations associate in Ludhiana. Candidate must be from IT background. Must have excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of IT and comfortable with any shift (Day/ Night).Good salary package and Incentives.Required qualification: B.Tech, MCA, BCA, Bsc IT.Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with different stakeholder involving clients and operations team.
  • Updating the client on the status of the order.
  • Handling escalation.
