Job Description

    Urgent Opening For CFO - CA for Reputed manufacturing industry in Ludhiana. Candidate minimum 10 years of experience in this profile can apply for this post.
    • Lead the process of preparing the company for an IPO, including financial reporting, auditing, and compliance with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) and other regulatory bodies.

    • Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
    • Implement accounting systems/processes.
    • Manage the full financial process,Prepare an expense budget report,Reconcile income statements.
    • Preparation & finalization of the financial statements of the Company
    • Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c.
    • Liaising with statutory auditors, internal auditors
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Education:Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
    • Experience:8-15years in finance roles within manufacturing industries.
    • Proficiency in ERP or SAP Software.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance.
    • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
