Job Description

    • Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments from customers.
    • Negotiate and ensure timely loan repayments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
    • Educate customers on repayment terms, consequences of defaults, and available options.
    • Maintain and update collection records, ensuring accurate reporting.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and escalate cases when necessary.
    • Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines during collections.
    Key Requirements:
    • Experience: 1 - 2 years in unsecured loan collection.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration (BBA/BMA), or a related field.
    • Communication Skills: Strong spoken English proficiency is a must.
    • Other Skills: Negotiation, persuasion, and ability to work under pressure.
    • Willingness to travel for field collections.
