Job Description

Candidate must have 2-3 years experience in Buyer & Social Compliance Labor preferably having experience in textile industry.Job Description

  1. Updating of compliances related documentation on daily basis.
  2. Ensuring compliance with Companies/ Buyers Code of Conduct and other required international labor, social, health and safety, environmental regulations and/ or standards.
  3. Practical and working knowledge of Labor Laws.
  4. Ensure Statutory Compliance through coordination with inter departments.
  5. Committee formation & conduct meetings for the same.
  6. Responsible for Worker Training regarding Compliance.
  7. Daily factory round and ready for audit 24X 7.
  8. First Aid room arrangement.
  9. Fire Drill & Training.
  10. Fire equipment/ Hydrant/ First aid box checking.
  11. E waste/ hazardous waste disposal management.
  12. CTPAT policy implementation.
  13. Preparation and Timely submission of annual/half-yearly/quarterly returns under various Labor Laws.
  14. Grievance redressal
  15. Responding to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on time.
  16. Preferably having payroll management experience.

  1. Must have strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
  2. Should be expert in MS Excel
  3. Able to perform assigned tasks within a stipulated time frame
  4. Must be Disciplined and Hardworking
  5. Good Communication skills
  6. Should be able to work as a part of a team
  7. Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills
