    Position Deputy Manager - Talent AcquisitionJob Description1. Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA and quality parameters in the allocated geography2. Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like college, campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment Exchanges etc.3. Manage all recruitment related compliances including Background Verification, Negotiation Audit responses4. Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline5. Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure completion within SLA6. Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at respective area7. Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals8. Ensure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase, for better employee experience.Key skillsRequired.1. Negotiation skills2. Effective problem solving and analytical skills3.
