Job Description

Ecommerce Jobs In Ludhiana Position: E commerce ExecutiveQualification: Graduate/ MBALocation: LudhianaExperience: 1- 2 years. Candidate must be proficient in English writing/ speaking and also a master in Microsoft Excel. Some kind of online sales experience is also required. As company is in the online business, the candidate must be energetic and filled with new ideas and strategies. Qualification: Graduate/ MBA Location: Ludhiana Experience: 1- 2 years. Candidate must be proficient in English writing/ speaking and also a master in Microsoft Excel. Some kind of online sales experience is also required. As company is in the online business, the candidate must be energetic and filled with new ideas and strategies. Job Profile:1. Managing our business on marketplace channels like Amazon, Flip kart, Myntra, Cloud tail, etc which includes product listing and cataloging, management of seller accounts, dealing with category managers, customer returns, designing promotional deals and offers, handling customer complaints, etc2. Maintaining and analyzing weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales data to gain insights on product performance, recognize potential sale improvement areas, etc.3. Handling and managing product photo shoots. Arranging for stylist, model, props, photographers etc.4. Evaluating account performance standards, raising disputes, cases etc related to reimbursements.5. Inventory management: Creating shipments, creating removals, forecasting sales and preparing orders for production.Skill set:6. Excellent communication skills. A good command over spoken and written English is a must.7. Advanced knowledge of Excel (Vlookup, sum product, sumif etc.)8. Self- driven and highly motivated.9. Prior relevant experience in e- commerce (roles and responsibilities listed above) is mandatory.10. An interest in apparel/ fashion is highly desirable.1.
