Job Description

    Role: (Senior) Education Counsellor No. of vacancies: 3 Fixed CTC/Experience: Varies on the type of employment/Rich experience in dealingwith the students pursuing PG/MBA courses PAN IndiaFunction: Sales/Training/Development Location:: Ludhiana city Scope of role: PAN India operationsKey responsibilities and role deliverables include: Assessment of students Providing guidance: Advising students on career planning and aligning them with the Power Campus on-boarding: Coordinating with Training and Placement cells of universities tosponsor business sessions for PG/MBA pursuing students and coordinating with the teamfor endorsement of evaluation remarks from O3Hire. Providing information: Keeping up with employment trends, scholarship opportunities, gigemployment opportunities and freelance assignments for the students; understandingpassive income sources and coherence with compliances. Collaborating with others: Working with teachers, parents, and other educationalstakeholders to create a supportive learning environment. Coordination with students: End to end coordination with PG/MBA students for prosperouspreplacement trainings and smooth on-boardings with MNCs/Start-Ups or Indianconglomerates. Administering assessments: Evaluating students capabilities, personality traits, andinterests.
