Job Description

Job Profile - - Maintenance of hydraulic & pneumatic automatic machines, reciprocating compressors.- Knowledge of Centrifugal pumps, Vacuum pumps, High pressure pumps.- Knowledge of gear boxes, Worm Reducers / Reduction Gear Boxes Spur gear, Helical gear, Double Helical Gear and Bevel Gear.

  • Knowledge of other Mechanical equipments like Flange Coupling, types Coupling, Bearing && Bearing Sleeves, Rotary and
static Mechanical equipments.
  • Knowledge of different types of Valves like Gate Valve, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valve, Direction Valve Single and
Double Solenoid && NRV.
  • Maintaining and handling all the documentary records of machines like breakdown records, preventive of machines,
calibration of equipments etc.
  • Maintaining critical spares inventory of machines.
