We are committed to delivering innovative products and exceptional service to our customers worldwide.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding our international textile business and establishing new markets for our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance our brand presence on a global scale.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute. comprehensive international business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential business partnerships to drive revenue growth and profitability. Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences in target regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, agents, and government agencies, to facilitate market entry and expansion. Lead negotiations and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and distribution channels with international partners. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of international business initiatives. Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate leads in international markets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting international trade and textile industry trends. Prepare regular reports, presentations, and business proposals for senior management review, outlining progress, challenges, and future opportunities in international markets.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field; Masters degree preferred. * years of proven experience in international business development, preferably in the textile industry. Demonstrated track record of successfully expanding into new markets and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
