Job Description

Factory ManagerKey Responsibilities:Production Oversight:Monitor and manage production of various work orders, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Coordinate daily operations to meet production targets and deadlines.Team Supervision:Ensure all factory staff start work on time and carry out their duties efficiently. Assign responsibilities and ensure accountability across departments.Quality & Reporting:Regularly track and report on product quality. Identify issues and implement corrective actions. Share production progress, delays, and quality reports with management.Dispatch Coordination:Track production completion timelines and plan dispatches accordingly. Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.Supply Chain Management:Coordinate with purchase and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials. Communicate production priorities to various sections with clear target timelines.Maintenance & Breakdowns:Monitor machine health and coordinate timely maintenance.
