Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Field Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to provide exceptional financial services to our clients. As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in various locations including Ludhiana, Faridkot, Gurdaspur, and Jalandhar. You will play a crucial role in promoting our microfinance products and services, ensuring that we meet the financial needs of our community.Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field visits to identify potential clients and promote our microfinance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist clients in understanding the various financial products available and guide them through the application process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Gather and report market intelligence to help shape our product offerings and marketing strategies.
• Participate in community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and trust.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.
• Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience in microfinance, banking, or field sales.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the microfinance sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned locations.
• Proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 3,50,000. The job schedule is day shifts, and the work mode is on-site.
