Job Description Field Sales Executive (Solar EPC)Industry: Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Job Type: Full-Time | Field SalesJob Location :- Ludhiana, Mohali, PunjabRole OverviewSM Solar is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth for Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Solar Projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting site visits, presenting solar solutions, and converting opportunities into successful projects.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.Meet Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, and Residential customers.Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.Arrange site surveys and coordinate with the technical team.Prepare proposals, quotations, and ROI presentations.Negotiate and close sales deals.Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Update daily sales activities and pipeline reports.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.Candidate RequirementsGraduate / Diploma / B.Tech preferred.15 years of experience in Solar EPC, Electrical, Industrial, or B2B Sales.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.Basic knowledge of solar power systems is preferred.What We OfferCompetitive SalaryAttractive Sales IncentivesTA/DA ReimbursementCareer Growth OpportunitiesProfessional Training & Development
