Job Description

    A Front Desk Supervisoroversees daily reception operations and guest services. They manage the front desk team, resolve escalated customer issues, and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs. Additionally, they coordinate with housekeeping and management to maintain exceptional service standards and smooth facility operations
    • Team Leadership:Train, schedule, and evaluate front desk staff while fostering a positive, guest-focused work environment.
    • Guest Services:Greet guests, oversee group arrivals, and act as the primary point of contact for handling and resolving escalated complaints.
    • Operational Oversight:Monitor daily front office operations, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and accurate reservations.
    • Financial Duties:Manage cash drawers, process payments, oversee billing, and assist with auditing functions.
    • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales teams to align on room availability and special guest requests
