• Drive life insurance sales through effective agent recruitment and management.
• Recruit, train, and develop agents on a commission basis.
• Monitor and supervise agent activity plans to ensure performance targets are met.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents and update the Sales Management System.
• Motivate & promote agents for career progression within the organization.
• Encourage agents to leverage the Agent Portal & CRM for efficient customer management and cross-selling opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales (preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services).
• Key Attributes: Strong interpersonal & networking skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales-driven approach High confidence, excellent communication, and leadership qualities Stable career history with proven sales performance Deep understanding of the local market with an existing network
• Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream
