    Designation: HR RecruiterKey Responsibility Areas (KRAs)Requisition Management Understanding & analyzing the need of Business units & working on job descriptions. Hiring for Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance & Accounts, T &D and other business functions. Creating requisitions & posting job ads on job portals.Sourcing & Screening Receiving applications, screening through, sorting out profiles based on pre requisites & skill sets. Processing the qualified candidates, preparing them for the Interview ProcessHead Hunting & Interview Management Responsible for end to end interview management. Sharing feedback with candidates at each step & effective coordination for necessary documents.Candidate Management End to end candidate management with an Applicant Tracking Tool. Effective compensation negotiations with selected candidates. Effective coordination with all candidates Follow up process: Handling compensation negotiations, setting the right expectations with candidate followed byjoining.
