• Achieve Sales Targets:
  • Recruit and onboard agents to drive sales growth.
  • Train and develop agents on a commission basis to ensure high performance.
  • Supervise agents activity plans to meet sales targets.
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents to track progress.
  • Regularly update the Sales Management System to ensure accurate reporting.
• Agent Motivation & Development:
  • Motivate and promote agents for career progression within the organization.
  • Encourage agents to utilize the Agent Portal & CRM for effective customer management and cross-selling.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented, sales-driven approach.
  • High energy, confidence, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record in sales with a stable employment history.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market and a strong client base.
• Education: Minimum graduate in any stream.
