The insights include comprehensive and detailed reports of their learning anatomy by telling them: What do they know and dont know What to study today How to prepare for an exam We aim to build Indias largest AI-driven learning platform where students excel in their learning journey by mastering one concept at a time. Responsibilities: Preference will be given to candidates with prior ed tech experience, however, we are open to reviewing candidates who have core sales calling experience Candidates to relocate to Ludhiana Focus to be on English and Hindi communications Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of messages and calls to attract new leads. Reaching out to prospects through calls or messages to assess their needs. Nurturing the leads, following up with them, and understanding their issues inside out. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Analyze the markets potential, and track sales, and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedback. Qualifications: 0-1 year experience as an Inside Sales, Customer Success or Operations. Good knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity with CRM tools. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers needs. A healthy attitude towards constructive criticism. Bachelors degree in business or a related field.
