Job Description

    We have an urgent requirement for the position of Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition for Ludhiana Location.Role & responsibilities:
    • Sourcing & Screening of resumes from online top job portals based on clients requirement.
    • Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates.
    • Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.
    • Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with company managers.
    • Sharing the profile with Client Company through mails and verbal communication.
    • Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from client company side.
    • Taking feedback from client company after the interview.
    • Coordinating with the client company HR Team for offer generation and documentation.
    • Follow up with the candidate till joining and till the replacement clause from the client company side.
    • Daily Reporting & Submission of daily MIS to seniors.
    Preferred candidate profile:
    • Must be a Graduate
    • Good Communication Skills (Verbal and written)
    • Go Getter Attitude
