Job ResponsibilitiesCandidate have good exposure in Warp production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization of a Warp Knitting Industry.Looking after production planning and control of technical fabrics production on Weft Insertion warp knitting machines of Karl Mayer LIBA-Germany and Direct Warping machine of Karl Mayer.A number of machines allocation for various products for No. of days and change of the quality on various machines with minimum change over time and generation of wastage.Ensure the fabric quality (Should be as per customer specification) on first sample received and give the approval for production. Ensure raw material received would be as per raw production planning and customer specification.Attend technical problems of machines as well as products manufactured in plant as well as on customer site also.Prepare & control documents and records as per ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 and OHASCo-ordination with Maintenance, QA/QC, Sales & Marketing department.Look after PPC for Texturizing, Twisting and warping machines as per production request from weaving department.Prepare Technical Job Data sheet for Texturizing, TFO-Twisting, and Sectional warping. Looking after Planning and calculating raw material requirements based on the customer purchase order. Prepare Production Programme of the production capacity utilization for various Technical Textiles Fabrics production. Prepare Technical Job Parameter Data Sheet for various types of Technical Textiles fabrics as per customers Fabrics Specification and available resources with suppliers. Implement the prepared Production Programme on various machines with minimum change over time and product change waste generation.Identification, Correction and Implementation of a technical problems for concern fabrics as well as machines.Identification of Risk and Opportunities for the Production Planning and Control and Ensure documentation for ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018.Ensure smooth Operation with Co-operation with QA/QC, Maintenance and Marketing / Dispatch departments.Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.Implement IE concepts and improve productivity.Educational RequirementsBE/Btech Textile or Diploma in Textile Engineering from any reputed University/College with adequate knowledge in Planning, Production & Operation of Warp Knitting Manufacturing.Experience in any Warp Knitting Manufacturing Industry.The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.Must have very good command over MS office applications.Salary: Not Disclosed by RecruiterIndustry: Textiles / Garments / Accessories Functional Area: Production , Manufacturing , Maintenance Role Category: Production/Manufacturing/MaintenanceRole: Production ManagerEmployment Type: Full Time, Permanent , Education:UG -Diploma - Other Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Textile
