Job Description

  • Make sure that all Incoming goods/Raw Materials/Packaging Materials/Process materials meet its quality standards.
  • Provide Quality/Safety Process/House Keeping Hygiene/Training to the entire Performer.
  • To check & maintain quality.
  • Maintaining the yeast with hygienic condition, periodical checking their viability etc.
  • Testing of all the parameter of water which is one of the prerequisite for the smooth running of the plant and regular checking of water parameters used in brewing.
  • Maintaining the chemicals stock for laboratory.
  • Monitoring fermentation temperature & gravity regularly.
  • Checking and maintaining all the parameters in bottling hall, Canning hall & packaging dept .
  • Analyzing the quality and parameters of beer during fermentation, lagering and after filtration.
  • Ensure to do the work with in targeted deadlines.
  • Analyzing all the RM& PM Material
  • Making sure that all the final products meets its standards. Maintaining all the quality profile during production as per SOP.
