• Responsible for acquiring new customers forbusiness bankingwith a detailed understanding ofcredit assessment.
• Knowledge on liability, Forex,tradeandclient relationships,delinquency management,relationship management, and ananalytical mindset.
• Managing the portfolio effectively through continuous monitoring of accounts and renewals, enhancement,retentionand ensuringportfolio hygienewith minimal open deferral and covenants.
• Develop a superiorworking relationshipwithbranch bankingforcross-leveraging&synergy optimizationand work within the overall bank ecosystem with other stakeholders.
• Evaluate thegrowth strategybased oncompetitor analysisandfeedbackfrom different channels and customers.
• Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
• Demonstrated ability insales planningand conceptualizingpromotions and marketing initiatives.
• Understanding of financial statements,credit Assessmentand title-security documents
• Contributing to product knowledge by sharing competitor data and positive process
• Providing support for development ofnew productsfor existing and new customer segments.
