Job descriptionCandidate will be placed at dealer store to sell Company Emerging vertical products (Bathroom fitting). He will be handling daily Walkin customers and convert them into sales. He will be responsible for educating customers regarding products and make them understand and use of products. Note :-
• This opportunity will be on company OSFM role/company off role/company third party role.
• Candidate must have good communication skills and sales knowledge
• Candidate preferable from any store sales.
• 1 Fix Week off.
Responsibilities:GeneratesignificantsalesrevenuebypromotingCompany productsand convertingleadsintosales.Becomeaproductknowledgepowerhouse,thoroughlyunderstandingand articulatingthefeaturesandbenefitsofallCompany productverticals(bathware, lighting,etc.).EnhanceCompany countersalesatdealershowroomsbyemployingeffective salestechniquesandexceedingsalestargets.Followupwithpotentialcustomers,guidethemthroughthedecision-making process,andconverttheirinterestintoconfirmedsales.TraindealerstaffonCompany productsandequipthemwiththeknowledgeand salesskillstoeffectivelypromoteourofferings.ManageandcreatevisuallyappealingCompanyproductdisplaysthatshowcase thebrandsqualityandinnovation.Qualification Requirement and Personality Traits :Experience of 2-3 years, exposure to Sales ,preferably in the Building material, Furniture, consumer durable/Electronics an or related industries.Graduation degree preferred.Good verbal and written communication skills with pleasing personality, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.Concept selling and need creation skills.Share ur cv at hidden_email
