Job Description

    Dear,We are looking for production engineer profile candidate for Reputed sheet Metal component company.Job Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the production process and ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of sheet metal components.
    • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and quality standards.
    • Monitor and improve production efficiency, cost control, and waste reduction.
    • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with different departments such as design, quality, and maintenance to optimize workflow.
    • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Train and supervise production staff to enhance productivity and skill development.
    • Maintain proper documentation of production reports, process improvements, and compliance records.
    Key Requirements:
    • Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing.
    • Strong knowledge of production planning, CNC machines, and fabrication processes.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
    • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
    • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
