  • Looking after total production by monitoring of process control, maintaining
  • Quality and procurement of raw materials.
  • Attempting for trouble shooting of products during production.
  • Coordinating the administrative activities of the organization.
  • Guiding the employees for better handle, service and maintenance of the machines.
  • Production planning and executing Team Handling
  • Maintaining 5S at work place.
  • Encourages the subordinates to involve in 5S, QC and other improvement activities.
  • Handling Customer Complains.
  • New Product development.
  • Corrective & preventing action plans for in house rejection.
  • Reduce the Setting time by process improvements
  • Implementing Kaizen on shop floor.
