    • Manage day-to-day production activities as per production plan and dispatch requirements.
    • Monitor butter paper manufacturing processes, machine operations, and production output.
    • Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum wastage and downtime.
    • Monitor raw material consumption and maintain proper production records.
    • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
    • Ensure product quality and process parameters are maintained as per specifications.
    • Monitor manpower allocation and ensure effective utilization of production staff.
    • Maintain production reports, shift records, wastage reports, and machine performance data.
    • Follow safety, housekeeping, GMP, and company production procedures.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
    Candidate Profile
    • 2-5 years of experience in Manufacturing unit
    • Knowledge of production processes, machine handling, manpower management, and production planning.
    • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
