Job Description

    Job Title: Production Head Garment IndustryLocation: Shivpuri Chowk, LudhianaSalary: 2 to 6 LPA (based on skills and experience)Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Head for a garment manufacturing unit based in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing garment production operations, workforce supervision, production planning, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise overall garment production operations Plan daily production schedules and ensure timely execution Monitor production quality and maintain efficiency standards Handle workforce management and coordinate with production teams Ensure smooth workflow and resolve production-related issues Coordinate with management, quality, and dispatch teams Maintain production reports and monitor targets Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources Implement process improvements for better productivity and qualityRequirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in the garment industry Prior experience as Production Head / Production Manager preferred Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes Good leadership and team management skills Ability to handle production planning and workforce coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Responsible, organized, and result-oriented approachApplication Details: Email: prathna@penguinconsultants.co.inContact: hidden_mobile / hidden_mobile
