Job Description

Leading a team of Sales Managers who operate from ICICI Bank branches.
Your role will involve strategizing and executing sales plans, managing leads generated from the bank, self-sourcing referrals, and expanding the open market reach.
Additionally, you will actively build and maintain relationships with Regional Heads and Branch Managers of ICICI Bank to drive business growth

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
4 years of relevant sales experience in the financial industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of DMAT accounts, securities, and financial markets.
Ability to strategize, plan, and execute sales initiatives effectively.
Regulatory and compliance knowledge related to the financial industry.
Age Up to 36 years
