Job Description

• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Acquire new customers through open markets, direct sales, and referral networks. Cultivate partnerships with builders, brokers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
• Loan Processing & Disbursement: Collect and verify customer documents, assess financial eligibility, and ensure accurate application form filling. Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to facilitate smooth processing and timely disbursals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Understand client financial requirements and clearly explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and charges. Address queries and resolve issues efficiently to maximize customer retention.
• Portfolio & Risk Management: Monitor repayments, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure a high-quality, non-performing asset (NPA)-free portfolio.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
