All of this has seen us grow into the worlds largest hair restoration company, with approximately 300 studios and alliances worldwide.Currently we are hiring,Job Title: Sales Consultant / Senior Sales ConsultantLocations-MumbaiDelhiBangloreHyderabadPuneAhemdabadSuratLudhianaThe ideal candidate will develop relationships with individuals seeking hair loss treatment consultations, offering tailored solutions based on factors such as facial features, age, profession, personality, and expectations.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive hair assessments to determine the stage of hair loss.Educate clients on the fundamentals of hair loss and provide personalized counselling based on their needs.Understand client expectations, present suitable procedures and products, and articulate achievable outcomes through visual aids.Establish daily consultation and conversion targets, analysing performance regularly.Meet monthly conversion goals, contributing to revenue growth at the studio.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent practical experience.Preferred age: 32 years and above.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales consulting and business intelligence.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.Customer-centric approach to sales and service.This position offers an opportunity to engage deeply with clients, providing them with informed guidance and solutions tailored to their individual needs, while contributing significantly to the studios growth objectives.Salary ranges 40k to 60k PM 10-12% revenue sharing on each deal (which makes it 6 digit incentives).Revert with your word doc resume ASAP.ThanksSupriya-hidden_mobileInternational Head Recruitment
