Job Description

    Job Position: Sales Manager (Home Loans & Mortgage Products)Location -
    • Saharanpur, Amritsar, Ludiyana
    Job Summary:As a Sales Manager for home loans and mortgage products, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing customer acquisition, and ensuring a seamless loan process. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a diverse sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate and mortgage sectors. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service, securing new business, and ensuring a smooth, compliant loan processing experience for customers.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Target Achievement
      • Meet Sales Goals: Continuously meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and related mortgage products.
      • Sales Strategy Development: Design, implement, and execute effective sales strategies that align with local market conditions to drive growth and profitability.
      • Lead Generation: Cultivate relationships with real estate developers, property agents, brokers, and other connectors to create a steady flow of high-quality leads.
    2. Customer Acquisition
      • Identify Prospects: Assess customer financial needs and offer tailored home loan solutions that best suit their requirements.
      • Direct Sales Activities: Engage in direct sales efforts, including client meetings, site visits, and negotiations, to close deals and secure new business.
      • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead nurturing and follow-up strategies to ensure the timely conversion of leads into customers.
    3. Relationship Management
      • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain lasting relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and other key industry players, fostering long-term partnerships that facilitate ongoing business.
      • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a smooth loan application process, providing exceptional service and support to clients, from initial contact to loan disbursement.
      • Query Resolution: Proactively address customer queries and concerns, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensuring a seamless loan experience.
    4. Loan Processing Coordination
      • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure that loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately.
      • Documentation Compliance: Ensure all customer documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
      • Problem-Solving: Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving any issues related to loan processing or documentation to ensure timely approval and disbursement.
    Key Skills & Competencies:
    • Sales-Oriented: Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a solid understanding of home loan products and customer financial needs.
    • Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, real estate developers, brokers, and internal teams.
    • Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of home loan products, mortgage processes, credit assessments, and financial regulations.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
    • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders and effectively convey loan product information.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth processing from application to disbursement.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the mortgage, financial services, or real estate sector, with a proven record of managing home loan sales or related products.
    • Network: Established network within the real estate sector, with experience working closely with developers, agents, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
    • Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing a diverse sales pipeline, and converting leads into closed loans.
    • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage products, home loan processing, and industry-specific regulatory compliance.
    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass monthly/quarterly sales targets for home loans and mortgage products.
    • Lead Conversion: High conversion rate of leads into closed loans, demonstrating effective sales processes and pipeline management.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high customer satisfaction scores and maintain positive customer feedback throughout the loan process.
    • Pipeline Management: Efficient management of the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, lead nurturing, and conversions to meet business objectives.
