Job Description

    Dear CandidateWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sewing Machine Sales Manager to oversee and expand our distributor network. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sewing machines, a proven track record in sales, and extensive experience managing distributor relationships.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within the distributor network.
    • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with distributors across various regions.
    • Provide technical guidance and product training to distributors and sales teams.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
    • Manage pricing, contracts, and negotiations with distributors.
    • Coordinate product demonstrations, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products effectively.
    • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer support, and product development.
    • Ensure distributors adhere to company sales policies and guidelines.
    • Monitor distributor performance and implement corrective measures as needed.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in sewing machine sales or related technical product sales / kitchen appliances, battery.
    • Proven experience building and managing distributor networks.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to travel frequently to meet distributors and attend industry events.
    • Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
