Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, commissioning, and maintenance of Lithium-Ion Battery systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot battery, BMS, inverter, and power system issuesPerform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sitesMonitor battery performance and ensure optimal system efficiencyProvide technical support to clients and resolve service complaints on timePrepare service reports and maintain service recordsCoordinate with the technical and operations team for service planningEnsure compliance with safety standards while handling battery systemsSupport field testing and quality checks of battery packsRequired Skills & Technical ExpertiseStrong knowledge of Lithium-Ion Battery technologyUnderstanding of Battery Management System (BMS)Basic knowledge of solar power systems, inverters, and energy storage systemsAbility to read electrical drawings and wiring diagramsHands-on skills in electrical and electronic troubleshootingKnowledge of DC systems, charge/discharge cycles, and battery safetyGood communication and customer-handling skillsWillingness to travel to project and client sitesEducational QualificationDiploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related fieldExperienceFreshers with relevant technical knowledge can applyUp to 2 years of experience in battery systems, solar, UPS, EV, or power electronics preferredAdditional RequirementsField-oriented and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work independently and in a teamTwo-wheeler preferred for site visits
